BACKGROUND INFORMATION

The JOMUKI LOVE CONCERNS is an initiative from the good will of its founders who used to support vulnerable members of the society; helpless children, orphaned, widows informally since 2019 by collecting materials like clothes from churches, individual community contributors and giving them over as support to the needy neighborhoods, village children and the widows. The founders had a burden and a goal to improve the welfare of their fellow Ugandans who are in need, the suffering and the community rejects however later on they saw a need to formalize the operations and widen their beneficiary and support base across the entire country with professional values and ethical principles.

The Organization is governed by the Executive Board chaired by the Executive Director, with a functional office responsible for the routine management functions. The board is made up of high profile persons who support the implementation of its strategy. JOMUKU LOVE CONCERNS has an established secretariat responsible for day to day activities of the organization, The secretariat headed by the Executive Director is responsible for implementing the policies and programs approved by the executive board.
